Make recognition personal

Recognition comes in many shapes and sizes but its always sincere. Take a minute to thank someone for their input at the meeting, for the email they sent, for staying a little later to get the job done.

Send thank you notes to to your employees'  home. Send Birthday cards to their home. Your employee's family is vested in your business too! By your employee receiving recognition at home, it is more personal and the recognition is shared with their loved ones. It's good to let  them know how much you appreciate their support as well!
