In politics, we often see that candidates and parties have become so entrenched, so inextricably vested in their positions and platforms that it is hard for them to find common ground.
And yet that is exactly where solutions lie.
Every day we look to progress ideas and solutions with our colleagues, customers and partners.
And we all come to the table with our positions. We believe in them, because we are heavily vested in them and in many cases they have worked for us in the past.
Rather than fight and win the battle of ideas, always come to the table with the mindset of solving the issue at hand.
When everyone brings their ideas and experience to the table to find common ground, breakthrough situations happen. Change happens.
