How often have you been in a customer meeting, selling your product and your customer starts to give you feedback about it and someone on your team starts to defend it?
It happens all the time. Why? Because your team is proud of the product. They believe in it!

When your customer gives you feedback, listen. It's a gift! Don't waste a minute of the opportunity talking and defending. Every minute your customer is giving you feedback is an opportunity to improve. Take it!
Two things will happen.
1. You will learn and improve your product.
2. Your customer will value that you listened instead of justifying. After all, they are the customer.

Don't let pride get in the way of one of the best opportunities you can get.
