Communicate consistently and frequently

Once we have our key levers defined for our business plan it is critical to launch a robust communication plan to motivate and focus the organization. Without a plan, it just doesn't get done.

When thinking through a communication plan, it is important to recognize that different mediums work for different constituents. For example. some of your employees don't have access to email.

As such, when creating your communication plan, vary your approach - town halls, video messages, emails etc. - but always make sure that your message is consistent.

And remember, your message is important so in addition to consistency, repeat, repeat, repeat.
