Good bad and the ugly

Read a good quote:

"Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people"

Got me thinking:

Bad leaders don't lead, don't manage; they intimidate, react, explain

But,

Good leaders manage events, deliver performance, drive for results manage  today

And great leaders do all that and:

They  inspire, motivate, create vision, manage the future, manage potential
