When Gandhi quotes Confucius

Often as leaders we need to evaluate many sides of an issue, need to gain a perspective that goes beyond a quick black-or-white decision, and come up with a best-possible solution. But there are times, when it is black or white, when its time to recognize our non-negotiables, recognize when living in the grey is not the right thing to do.
It's not easy, and often we feel swayed by pressing circumstances and ramifications. But when the rubber hits the road, when it comes to doing the right thing, there is no other option, no compromise.

When Gandhi quotes Confucius, it is worthy of our attention:

"To know what is right and not to do it is cowardice"
