Show up! Be involved.

The sidelines are easy but nothing happens there. Get engaged.

But, as Dr. Brenee Beiwn says, when you step in that arena, no matter what it is, " prepare to get your ass kicked".

But the price of not doing that, of not being vulnerable, is not being involved. Not being engaged. Not being in control of you.

And that's a price we are not willing to pay
