Don't hide

Its not that we plan on it but often our behavior has us hiding....

We hide information, or at very least we don't share

We hide parts of ourselves, and lose on transparency towards those around us

We hide solutions - afraid to lose the edge? Don't value power of replication?

We hide from our loved ones by getting our priorities wrong

We hide from our employees - by not engaging, by not relating

We hide from our stakeholders by not communicating enough, relevantly

We hide from ourselves, ignoring the right thing to do, opting for the easier way

Sometimes we are deliberate about it, sometimes it's a perception others have. Doesn't matter either way. It is.

Don't hide.
Make a commitment to be open, transparent, ahead of the curve

Step up, be visible
